I know there is some disagreement about the safety of these new GF Cheerios, but I must say that they work for me so far. No reaction symptoms – not exactly scientific evidence, I know.  But they have helped me keep a more even blood sugar than any other cold cereal this summer and I appreciate that. Just sharing my own experience.
