We will be attending a conference in Jackson Hole, WY May 19-22 and staying
at Jackson Lake Lodge.  I have spoken to the chef and  most breakfast, lunch
and dinners are taken care of.  However, there are some "on your own meals",
and we would like to venture out to some other establishments for breakfast
and dinner.  Any information about gluten free restaurants would be
appreciated.
