Hello Listmates,

Can anyone tell me a GF brand of an Indian spice (actually a resin) called
ASAFOETIDA ("Hing" in Hindi)?

I have checked the archives, and found a post from 1999 mentioning a company
called Frontier Herbs.  Also, that the one found in Indian stores contains
wheat (I found this out the hard way about seven years ago).
