I'm really sorry to send another e-mail, but I'm getting desperate. I
received a call from my doctor (actually, she left a voice mail) indicating
that my last round of blood work (approx. 4 mos. ago) I didn't show any
signs of anemia. In fact, my iron counts and liver counts were "within
normal limits." She indicated that while she didn't mind me having blood
work for B12 levels, she didn't think it was necessary.

My blood pressure the last two times were 112/72, my sugar tests came back
"normal", and after seeing all the responses about B12, can someone not be
anemic and still need B12 shots? I noticed yesterday that I am getting a
slight "tingle" in my hands.

Should I still go forward with B12? I'm going to stop taking Trazadone for
insomnia and see if there's any other allergy medicine other than Allegra-D
(I've tried Clariton and it definitely gave me the jitters, and Seldane
which they've now taken off the market).

Also, I've rec'd several messages indicating that corn starch is considered
unsafe for celiacs. Is this true? I thought corn starch was okay?

Thanks again! Sondra
