I just came back from London and Paris. In Paris, determined to
chase down information about some imported items, I went to Fauchon,
an extraordinary store for exotic items. I asked about several things,
but the only ones they were able to track down for me that day were
Maille mustards. They kept a list of other French products exported to
the U.S. that I was curious about, and said they would send any
information as soon as they got it. We shall see.
Anyway, I am happy to report that all flavors of Maille mustards
are GF, and are fairly widely available in the U.S. and Canada. I like
particularly their tarragon, honey, and a la ancienne varieties.
                          regards to all,
