Hello!
I went to the city library, typed in celiac on the computer, and got
two books listed. One was "The No Gluten Solution" which looks like
a wonderful resource for people like me just getting started with
how to survive on the gf diet. I don't have any financial interest,
never heard of the people, but I do want to pass on the information.

"The No Gluten Solution" by Pat Cassady Redjou, copyright 1990 RAE
Publications. Printed by Print & Publish, Inc., Vancouver, WA, USA
ISBN 0-9626052-0-4
They say you can order from them at Pat Redjou/"NO-GLUTEN"SOLUTION,
BOX 731, Brush Prairie, WA 98606-0731
$23.95 plus $3.00 p/h , WA residents add $1.82 sales tax
It has a sample product information letter to send asking if a product
is gf, hints/cautions, menus, staples to have on hand, and shopping
lists.
Hope this is helpful!
Nancy
