I ordered 2 of Bette H's cookbooks from Amazon.com an electronic bookstore
accessible over the World Wide Web.  I had the books 2 days after placing
my order and baked my first bread (since I learned about my problem two
months ago) the nite the books arrived!   Amazon.com has about 40
gluten-free cookbooks in their databases (and tons of other books, too!).
Most are discounted off the list price & you have a variety of payment &
shipping options.
