Valentine Pie
2 Tablespoons soft butter
Rice flour
4 egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tablespoon sugar
Pinch salt
1 / 2 t vanilla
1 square of bitter baking chocolate
Spread butter in pie plate. Sprinkle with rice flour and shake off 3 times.
Beat 4 egg whites until dry
Add granulated and powdered sugar and beat thoroughly. Pour in pie plate and bake 1 hour at 3000. Let cool completely. When it comes out of the oven it will be puffy, then fall in the middle forming a pie crust.
Whip whipping cream, when stiff add 2 Tablespoons sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Cover meringue with whipped cream.
Grate a chocolate square and sprinkle on top.
Let stand at least 3 hours before serving.
