I received a few responses to my question about gluten
free, MSG free pork sausage.

One nice person recommended Johnsonville. I know most
of their products are gluten free, but I only wish
they were MSG free. The brats I checked at Vons in
California had MSG on the label. Even if the source is
gluten free, I choose not to eat it, any more than
absolutely necessary. I suffer from migraines, and do
not feel it is a healthy food item. If anyone knows of
a MSG free Johnsonville product, I would be happy to
hear about it. There was a very limited selection at
my store.

One person reminded me that wheat would be labeled as
part of USDA regulations. I am a bit confused on this
one, so if someone can add any insight I would be
happy to post any further clarifications on this
issue.

One person told me that the link to the archive page
was working when she tried. She stated that she has
had problems at night especially. It was working for
me today.

Thanks to all.
Molly
