I have just received a copy of a new book:

   "Gluten-Free Diet A Comprehensive Resource Guide" by
Shelley Case
The book contains listings of gluten free food companies,
recipes, baking tips, and extensive dietary information.

This book, along w/ Danna Korn's "Kids with Celiac
Disease", and a GF cookbook (perhaps Bette Hagman's new
bread book or Carol Fenster's book) make a good set of
resources to have in one's home, especially if you have a
child w/ CD.

I ordered the "Gluten-Free Diet" book through Gluten Free
Pantry, but its probably available through Amazon.com, too.
