Most people suggested eating whole foods (nothing with additives or
preservatives) for a couple weeks to see if that works then slowly going back
to eating those foods to see what foods cause the problem.

A couple people suggested the specific carbohydrate diet. It's a really
restricted diet which is supposed to help people with gastrointestinal
problems.

I was also sent some web sites that may help some people but I didn't find
much. The sites were www.enterolab.com. That is Dr. Fine's web site. And
www.gsdl.com. That is Great Smokies Diagnostic Lab. These sites may be
helpful to people who are trying to find out if they have celiac but I didn't
find them helpful because I already know I have it.

Thank you for all your responses.

Eileen
