Hi all,

Ok, so here's what I did.

I found the document and opened it in word pad, that has all the html 
formatting with the grater thans and everything else you can imagine, 
besides the text that I actually need.

So, I pressed alt h.

Then, I pressed v for paste.

Then, I down arrowed to paste special, and pressed enter.

Then, I down arrowed to unformatted text.

Then, I tabbed down to ok and pressed spacebar.

I still had all the html junk in the text.
