Subject:	why is this web page jumping around on me?

Hi all,
I'm using a gateway laptop, running windows xp pro, Jaws 12.0.525, and internet explorer 8.
I get on the sportsline web site
http://www.sportsline.com
then I click on college fb,
then I click on scores, and the page will not sit still.
I hit control f for find, then I type the word scoreboard,
then I go to that spot and try to down arrow through the scores, and it doesn't sit still.  It just keeps moving.  It's not refreshing, it just will not let me down arrow through it.
Anyone else have this trouble?
I have no idea what's happening.
If I can't get my scores there, where will I get them?  I'm trying to keep up with the college football standings.
