Harry, I think Google Home does the same sort of thing. Also, a short while ago a friend who was frustrated by a new tube of OraGell yelled at Google Home to ask, "Hey Google, how do I open this tube of OraGell"? He wasn't expecting an answer, however got back from the Google Assistant instructions to remove the cap and cut the top of the tube with scissors. He did so and gained a great deal of relief, and a heck of a good story to tell. If you have one of these devices, don't hesitate to ask it anything. You'll often be surprised at what you get.

Subject: [VICUG-L] alexa uses wikkipedia to look things up? you bet!

Hi all,

Well, was just told that Alexa can look things up for us, using wikkipedia!!!

Here's how this skill works.

Say, Alexa, wikkipedia, then say what you want her to look up. For example, say, Alexa, wikkipedia cats. She will then read the info from wikkipedia, about them. Then, if there is more about the subject, you can say "read more of wikkipedia, and she'll read you more about the topic you looked up.

happy looking up!

Harry
