I personally know a blind person who works for LinkedIn on accessibility
so I suspect the platform has greatly improved over the past couple of
years, although I am not a user myself. I did create a simple profile
(probably with some sighted help) several years ago, but I have not used
the platform since. I'll pass along any comments that are posted in this
group.

Cheers,
Duane

My experience has been much like Ana's and likewise I have not tried updating my profile in at least four years. My last interaction was on behalf of our university to do accessibility testing. Back then I was on Windows 10 and used IE, Firefox, and Chrome; both JAWS and NVDA latest versions at the time. I did not find Linked-In to be accessible at all. What I mean by "not at all" is an individual who is totally relying on the A.T. to access Linked-In could not set up their own profile, or update it without sighted assistance. Has this changed? If one used enlargement screen-readers such as Zoom and Magic, they could access most of the tasks that are essential to using Linked-In successfully.

I tried updating my profile myself a couple of years later, but I left things alone because, while there were accessibility improvements, some issues remained. By this point, my profile is out of date, so I'm trying to figure out whether to update it myself or find someone to help me with it.
