Hi to all.

The easiest way to attach a file to a message using Outlook is alt+h, a, f while you're inside the message. This will bring up your most recent files that you can arrow through and then press the enter key on whichever one you wish to send. If you wish to go further back, then you can tab down and then use the arrow keys and enter key to look at the folder which contains the past files you wish to send.

I'm not sure it'll work with your combination, but I know it's worked for a while, but you can also co into File Explorer, find the document you want to attach, copy it to your clipboard with control+c and then go to the message where you want to attach it and hit control+v to paste it in.
