Hi all,

I know this sounds dumb, but I am confused about what the difference is between adobe reader and acrobat reader.

In my add remove programs it lists adobe reader x which is 10. Then it says acrobat reader.com which is strange because that sounds like a website. Then when you tab it says 1.7. I am guessing that is version 1.7.

I am not clear as to which one deals with pdf files. I bought some concert tickets and I have to print them out today before I go to the concert. The email says you have to have acrobat reader version 5 or greater to print out the tickets which are in pdf.

I went to the adobe website and apparently from what I could find that version 11 for acrobat is the latest. I tried downloading it, but it still says acrobat.com 1.7 in my add remove programs.

Can someone help me to clear up this confusion as soon as possible because I only have a few hours to work with? Thanks so much.

Lisa
