Greetings,

I've been watching movies on the Netflix movie stream, using their Movie 
Viewer.  It's supposed to have buttons or sliders but I haven't found 
any.... now my volume has somehow got so low that even turning up the 
computer's volume full blast won't help.

Has anyone found a way to access these buttons and sliders, or found any 
shortcut keys to circumvent them?  Failing that, I shall have to turn 
to--horrors!--a sighted person to help!
