You can get to the "say all with SAPI' quickly by opening the default 
configuration manager, then press alt plus         S, then y.  If you like 
reading long passages such as articles with a SAPI voice but want to keep 
the Eloquence synthesizer for checking lines, words, headings and so on, 
this is a great feature to have.  I have used it so far with some other SAPI 
voices that I have obn my computer--Paul and Kate from Neospeech--and it 
works quite well.
