Have you checked your junk folder? It's called Spam on my system, but
that may be because I'm using Gmail. Your email provider may use a
different folder. It's in the Gmail subfolder on my system. The "j" key
marks a message as junk.

Gmail also has an All folder which lists all of the messages on your
account, so it's easy to find messages even if you're not sure what
folder they might be in. I'm not sure if SBC has something similar or not.
