What version of what operating system are they running now?


I suspect my answer will always be yes, and especially if they're going 
to use it as a tablet or with a touch screen. It would also be yes if 
they're open to learning new and better ways to do things. It's taken 
some getting used to for me, but I definitely do thinks more efficiently 
now with Windows 10 then I did with previous versions of Windows.
