I looked and in my installation of 2.0 the bookmark.htm file is located at
c:\program files\ibm\home page reader\bookmark.htm

I'd copy this file to a floppy, do the install and then copy over the
installed file and you ought to retain the bookmarks you have added.

If you want to do this in DOS, surround the file name or path with quote
marks.  i. e. cd "\program files" since dos doesn't like spaces in file
names.
