Stay away from HSN, you'll save money (just kidding). I would suggest
pointing them to sites like hotmail, and others where they will be able
to see how the audio link is set up. You might also point them to the
W3C standards regarding captcha at www.w3c.org/wai I believe.
Unfortunately, besides pointing out these things to them there isn't
much you can do because they are not legally required to make their
sites accessible.
