I've been using Skype for over a year now, and depending on which version 
you're using (it's critical that you use the right version, and not upgrade 
unless and until another accessible version comes out), it's really quite 
accessible -- particularlly if you are using the available JAWS scripts (if 
you're a JAWS user).
