Hello Jennie and others having live mail issues.

The junk mail in Live Mail is handled about the same as in Outlook an
Outlook Express. When your wanted mail ends up in the folder called junk
mail go to that folder and select but do not open the wanted mail. Then from
the menu bar choose actions ault a and arrow down to junk mail, right arrow
over to the sub menu and down to make your choice.

A second way is wile in the junk mail folder choose, or highlight but do not
open the mail then use the context key to open the context menu, arrow down
to junk mail, right arrow over and down to make your choice.

If you have the tool bar showing; new, reply, reply to all, there is a
option for not junk. I have no idea what the key strokes are for selection
of this choice. I am a mouse user.

You can also use the help menu for more information.
