to ask questions about the products.

Date of demonstration: May 11, 2011

Time: 14:00

Location: the campus of the Washington State School for the
Blind.

Come experience high level blindness technologies, including the
PK or
Pronto, the advanced, Baum made Braille and speech equipped note
taker that
can be slipped into a purse, formerly the Humanware PK,
un-leashed and at
your service.

Come try a pocket-sized Braille display that interfaces with,
controls and
receives feedback via Bluetooth connectivity from such devices as
NetBooks,
PC's, IPhones and IPads.

See what else Baum's U.S. representative, Bay Area Digital,
might suggest to
improve your connectivity, productivity and accessibility.

This demonstration affords a rare opportunity to get hands on
exposure to
technologies that mey be new to consumers and mainstream U.S.
rehabilitationproviders.

Make your technology dollar go farther.

As well as Braille and speech equipped note takers and screen
readers, Bay
Area Digital focuses on developing technologies related to health
care,
sports activities and other related life needs of the blind and
visually
impaired. The pursuit of a state-of-the-art talking blood
glucose meter, a
talking insulin pump, an Oximeter, and a full array of talking
exercise
products are primary development interests of the company.

The Washington State School for the Blind has graciously agreed
to host this
demonstration for its current students, graduates, members of the
interested
public, professionals working in the blindness field and blind
consumers.

The WSSB campus where the demo will be held may be accessed via
two bus
lines: the 37, which runs more frequently along Mill Plain and is
a block's
walk distant from V Street where riders should disembark, and the
30, which
runs less frequently and drops riders across a side street from
the campus.
Transit riders traveling from Portland may take the Max to Delta
Park
Transit to catch bus 4 and transfer to the 37 or 30 in downtown
Vancouver.
Alternatively, Portland transit riders may take the Max Red Line
to Parkrose
Transit Center, then change to C-Tran's bus 65 to Fisher's
Landing in
Vancouver, then access either the 37 or the 30.

Please contact Sherry Hahn at the Washington School for the
Blind, at 360
696 6321, Ext. 133 for the specific building and room number for
the
demonstration and to say you are attending.
