I found these two items in the Independent Living Aids catalog, and there
may be others:

http://www.independentliving.com/prodinfo.asp?number=835954&variation=&aitem=37&mitem=43

http://www.independentliving.com/prodinfo.asp?number=835895&variation=&aitem=36&mitem=43

I also wonder about using my old technique for this, if you can find an
accessible timer such is used to turning lights on and off, then you can
use it to turn any electric radio into a clock radio.

Incidentally, Indipendent living Aids' address is www.independentliving.com
