Harry, I once had this problem and if I remember correctly, I went to the
view menu  and changed the zoom to 100. Here are the keystrokes. Press alt
then w and then q. change it to 100 and hope it works.

Hi all,
I'm using windows 10, and jaws 17, on a desktop computer.
Here's the problem. When I'm in word, it skips from page 1 to page 3, or,
from page 2 to page 4, and so on. However, when I'm at the bottom of page 1,
and I press control right arrow, it does go to page 2, and I can read the
text of page 2.
I have never had this problem before! I did do a shut down, and then turned
the computer back on, and it still does the same thing.
I'm thinking about just using word pad to do my word processing, but word
pad, has no spell checker.
Anyone have a solution?
