I am  using magic Jack and I do not believe there are any hot keys for this software. I did a Google search for and came up with nothing relevant. I also looked on the web site under their FAQ and come up with nothing relevant. 

I use ZoomText so can work through the buttons without using the keys. Hot keys would be nice to use. Other than using the tab and arrow keys this seems to be it. I guess we should conceder the price we paid. smile
