Please reply to the email address below if you can help John with some of
his questions. John has recently had to switch from screen magnification
to speech. He has a computer already loaded with jaws and windows. He can
respond to email if someone writes to him first.
If you can help with the questions below, please write to

John is using the cassettes to learn jaws but he is puzzled by some of the
terminology. He also wants to know how to download things using internet
explorer. John knows how to use the Reading Edge but he wants to know how
to upload documents saved in Reading Edge to his computer. He also has
Open Book. Any tips there would be greatly appreciated.
