I am pleased to report that Doris fisher of Bellflower, California is now
receiving mail from the list. She took a holiday from all her mailing
lists to master Microsoft Outlook Express. Welcome Back. While Doris was
away, her Internet service provider, concentric networks, dropped Unix
shell accounts and her e-mail address is now expressed differently.

On that Unix front, the operating system is case sensitive. That means
software run on Unix systems is often case sensitive as well. when Doris
first subscribed, her e-mail address had two letters in upper case which
it doesn't have now. unix applications sometimes treat this as two
different addresses. This issue is worth noting for all who might use
Unix systems.

Thanks to all who helped Doris, mark, Gregory, and me resolve this.
