You're technically correct, of course; but for many folks, they may be using
their pcs less and less as cellphones, I-pads and mobile devices such as
Alexa and Hey Google are surplanting what they're using their desktops or
laptops for. 
They still will use the pc; but not as much.
And, as we discussed on this list in another thread a couple of weeks back,
consumers will not be as excited to migrate from Win 100 to 11 just because
it's out there.
A lot of people find the alternatives for info access more attractive and
easier to carry around.
So while articles such as Harry referenced are on target in what they say,
it's not going to convince many people to give up their i-pads as they
easily could be using multiple devices anyway.
