For some reason unknown to me when I go into "word" and then to "My
Documents" the computer freezes!

I then have to fiddle around to get out of "My Documents" before I can start
to do different things, however, immediately I go into My documents again,
the same thing happens.

Then if I go to start > My documents........... the same thing happens.

Have you any ideas as to how I can get this machine back to normal.

I have been to "System Restore" but this doesn't help either!
