Hello Ashok,

There are instructions for editing the registry to revert to cascading
menus at:

http://www.windows-help.net/windows98/tune-111.shtml

You can also use X-Setup, a Windows tweaking tool often recommended on this
list, most recently by Rick Glazier on 03/15/2000.

Full product list: http://www.xteq.com/products/index.html
Download: http://www.xteq.com/downloads/index.html#xset

Using X-Setup go to Appearance > Start menu > Options > Display options >>
Show Start Programs using multiple columns.
Possibly some other "tweaking tools" also offer this function.
