Loy,

The problem is on your brother's end.  We would need to know what email
software your brother is using to give you exact details.

In general, your brother has turned on Base64 encoding for mail
attachments.  He will need to go into his program setups - specifically
the SEND MAIL section - and turn of the MIME encoding option.  He probably
has a setting for NONE or NO ENCODING.

Once he does that, you should be able to see anything he sends to you --
assuming you both have the same software version of the Word processor.
