You can also request more than one article at a time from the MS
Knowledge base in the Subject Line of your email.
Subject: Q123456, Q234567, Q345678 (etc.)
(I also have added mshelp@ microsoft.com to my address book.)

Generally, these auto replies are answered in anywhere from 5 minutes
to 24 hours - give or take a few hours.
