I just did that this past weekend, but couldn't find anything that said SP2 contains all the fixes contained in SP1. Just to be safe I did SP1 and all the other available updates before doing SP2. You can wait a few months on SP2 because it will require some patching, and doesn't always install correctly. If you have a firewall, AV, and you regularly do Windows updates you'll be fine without it. I've done 3 SP2 installs already, but wish I'd waited.
