Sorry all. Bob is completely right about the information I provided. I'm
trying to connect both computers using only Win95.
    One computer is a Pentium II with 32 Mb in RAM,  HP7100 CD Recorder,
Audio Excel Sound Card, Encore Modem & Diamond Stealth 2000 pro with 4 Mb
RAM. This one has a SN 3200 PCI LAN Card.
    The other computer is an Acermate 486 DX4/100, with 20 MB in RAM,
Panasonic CD and Opti Sound Card. This one has an Encore NE200 compatible
Plug&Play network card (ISA).
    Ever since I installed the card on the Acer, when I shut down, there are
blank stripes on the screen. These stripes also appear when I try to reboot
from windows.
