On some system board BIOSs there's a setting for CD-ROM as a drive type.  I
had the same brand drive and it worked under win95 once I did this.  No
driver besides win95's built in one was required unless I wanted dos mode
support.  Also make sure it's jumpered correctly (master or slave, etc.).
