I've just bought a SB Live! and it is fabulous. It has everything you want
plus onboard FX, digital I/O, 64 voice hardware wavetable plus up to 512
software voices, 32 digital audio streams, proper MIDI sockets, the list
goes on.

It sounds great, too.
