I am reviving an old computer, K6 CPU, 512 MB RAM, ASUS motherboard, Award BIOS, running XP Pro. It will not shut down, but insists on restarting.  BIOS and set up are set to defaults. APM is turned on. I don't see any option in setup that would cause this behavior.  What else should I be looking for?
