I use the QDI Titanium 1B+.  This has a 430TX chip set and sells for under
$100, I paid $75 for the last one I bought.  It is jumperless and setup is
very simple.  I also use the FIC PA-2007, and the ASUS TXP4.  I really like
the QDI for ease of setup.  I see no difference in performance.
