Hi

I'm a new member. I have an Duron 1.3 on a gigabyte GA-7VRX board, 40gig HD,
256MB PC2700 and sundry other bits and pieces running Windows 98SE.

When I power up, only the fans come on. No post beep, blank screen, no
attempt to boot from floppy, nothing - just the fans. Does this mean a new
Power Supply? If so, how come the fans work. This is not a new build - the
PC has been working OK since a new PS about 9 months ago.

Please excuse me if I don't respond immediately - I only log on to the net
for an hour or so each night.
