With a 200 Pentium, it's doubtful that you would notice any difference.

Using Win95 OSR2  on a Gateway Pentium 200 with MMX.  Adding a new Maxtor
IDE HD with ULTRA ATA/66.  Bios only supports ATA/33.  Should I install an
ULTRA ATA/66 Controller card or do you think I wouldn't notice the
difference?  I'm adding the new drive mainly for added capacity reasons.
