If you are looking for a self powered USB hub you might try your local
Wal-Mart or computer store. Most USB hubs (external) you can buy have the
option to be self powered or bus power (which means uses power from computer
to run devises. Possibly the problem is the USB bus does not supply enough
power to run the rumbling feature of the controller. Hope This Helps
