  I believe that the "/Ox" parameter (it may be important that the "O" is
capitalized...) is recognized by both WINNT32.EXE and WINNT.EXE -- but that
the former is only intended to run on systems already running NT [which I'm
not sure yours is, although perhaps I misunderstood your message].
