Go tro www.google.com and type in "spool32" without the quotes and hit enter.  There are many hits explaining what it is and how to fix errors for various Windows OS's.  Find the one applicable to your OS (you don't say which Windows you are using).  It makes a difference if it is Win 95, Win98, Me, 2K, XP.
