These three things left are the most likely sources. Try removing
memory one stick at a time (if you have more than one) and swap them
around (if your board allows this).

Take a wire and link it to case and to anything connected to the
ground, for example heating pipes (if you got them). Just wrapping it
around on the paint would do no good, of course. You must clean the
surface to the metal, soldering is best.
