Great answer, Slight additions mixed in...

Stop them from spinning by holding them with the "Q"tip. <grin>

> Be careful, but DO clean your fans, Q-tips are a great suggestion then a

Remember the blast of air might be super cold too...
Don't shoot any electronic part that might be hot, or freeze anything
and then restore power quickly. (Avoid thermal shocks...)
