Hello,
I have an HP Deskjet 820Cse Professional series. It has been working fine
but all of a sudden, it is loosing communication with the computer even
before it starts printing. What happens is when you turn it on, there is the
usual sound of the cartridges aligning but instead of them just stopping, it
sounds like they are being slammed agains the side of the printer. This is
when the communication failure error message comes up.
What could the problem be and hos can I fix it.
Thanks in advance
Mel
